The word enthusiasm is a combination of two Greek words: en and theos. The literal meaning is “in God” or “full of God.” That is why enthusiastic people are so creative and joyful! The Bible uses several different words for this idea of being filled with enthusiasm: ardor, zeal, whole-heartedness, or eagerness.
